| Flat Fees
Some activities are charged
at a flat rate, rather than hourly. The flat fee does
not include recording fees, title charges, filing fees
or other out of pocket expenses advances by Peck Law
offices, P.C. This is intended to provide our clients
with certainty about the final fee, and encourage clients
to make contact as necessary (without worrying about
increases in the bill for each contact). Our initial
consultation fee of $100.00 will be waived if we perform
any of the flat-fee services listed. Our usual flat-fee
charges for uncomplicated matters are:
