| Erik R. Peck Erik
Graduated from Valparaiso University in 1990 with a
double major in English and Political Science. He then
graduated from Thomas Cooley Law School in 1994 and
has been practicing law since 1995. He is a member of
the United States Tax Court as well as an Illinois Municipal
Administrative Hearing Officer.
Erik concentrates his practice
on municipal and corporate matters. He has done work
for several municipalities acting as general counsel,
prosecutor and administrative hearing officer. Additionally,
he represents many corporations with regard to general
corporation matters, including, contract review and
negotiations. Erik also works in the area of estate
planning, trusts and probate matters, and engages in
civil litigation. Additionally, he donates time to the
Hispanic community as he is fluent in Spanish, is the
past president of the Countryside Rotary Club and a
member of the Countryside Chamber of Commerce. He also
has authored the chapter on Ordinances and Resolutions
for the Illinois Township Clerk's Handbook , a chapter
on Residency for the Illinois Institute for Continuing
Legal Education Election Law Practice Handbook and is
the past chairman of the Chicago Bar Association Election
Law Committee.
